Effective August 1, we will be instituting a 24 hour cancellation policy for all services that require 60 minutes or longer to complete. This will include most color appointments as well as permanent waving and straightening services. The fee for a cancelled appointment will be 50% of the price of the service. Booking these services will require a credit card on file with the salon. We apologize that this has become necessary to alleviate loss of income for our stylists.
